Life beyond work…
Mens sana in corpore sano
To be able to focus and think clearly I ensure a regular although differentiated physical and mental work out. On my regular week schedule there are aerial rope and Chinese pole classes as well as boxing and self-defense. All of these activities strengthen my ability to focus.
Furthermore I am a regular yoga practitioner since 2010, and I weekly attend a dojo for meditation, boosting mental clarity.
The picture below belongs to my circus school, when we all perform together. This picture summarises my pursue to maintaining a vibrant and balanced work-life balance and fostering connections outside the professional sphere.
